ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Reviews inventory of vehicle to ensure stock, tools, supplies, and equipment are securely loaded before leaving for or returning from job sites
• Completes layout review and assembles racking, structural mounts, solar modules, panels, electrical equipment, and tools to prepare for installation
• Wiring and wire management of roof components and understanding array layout
• Applies proper weather sealing and waterproofing to roof penetrations, structure, building and support mechanisms
• Perform daily project clean-up including client site and company vehicle
• Always maintain compliance with HIOSH and company safety policies and procedures
• Participates in training sessions on new products, installation methodology, safety and fall prevention
• Provide exceptional customer care experiences by being mindful of surroundings, respectful of others, and always maintaining job site safety
• Perform additional assignments and special projects to meet company goals
• May require occasional trips to the neighbor islands and overnight stays from time to time

• Fluent oral and written English communication skills and able to read with understanding
• Strong ability to work well with others in a team environment and follow directions

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Able to climb ladders and maintain balance on rooftops with various heights, angles, and surfaces
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions to include heat, cold, wet, or humid environments
• Able to work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, or basements; requires kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Ability to lift and maneuver 60 pounds frequently and up to 110 pounds with assistance
• Frequently use hand functions and fine motor skills, grasping, gripping, twisting, pinching, pulling, and pushing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years old of age
• Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
• Able to pass pre-employment Drug Screening and Background check
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Basic knowledge of residential electrical and structural systems; experience of both AC and DC systems
• General knowledge of NEC, NABCEP Certification
• Solar, Military, Roofing, Electrical, or Construction experience; or Trade School degree in construction/building
